Sharon Johnson is Director, Industry Development at British Gas where she has responsibility for British Gas’s smart meter rollout, for the Energy Company Obligation, and for industry transformation.  Prior to this role, Sharon led the Regulatory Affairs function, and previously worked on a number of industry transformation initiatives.  She was responsible for initiating and scaling British Gas’s smart meter programme in 2010.
