Shankar Balakrishnan leads UK&I and Northern Europe at Anaplan. In his role, Shankar helps Anaplan’s clients turn change and uncertainty into their competitive advantage. Shankar has spent over 22 years in the tech space, with the last decade in high growth SaaS companies.
Prior to joining Anaplan, he played a similar role at Medallia where he advised many fortune 500 companies on their customer experience transformation and NPS program design. Before Medallia he was a management consultant with BCG (Boston Consulting Group).
Shankar has an MBA from the Indian School of Business (Hyderabad) and an undergraduate degree in communications engineering. He is also an avid cricket player and fan.
