Roberto is a Senior Investment Director within Ingenious Infrastructure, a fund manager investing on behalf of retail and institutional investors alongside proprietary funds and have deployed over £500m across a range of infrastructure projects (from energy generation to infrastructure to the energy sector).

Roberto is responsible for managing the IEP Infrastructure portfolio across several different sectors including solar, wind and anaerobic digestion (AD). He is also responsible for the Battery Storage platform set up to develop and operate Behind-the-meter storage projects.

Prior to joining Ingenious in 2013, Roberto worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland in the Project Finance Syndication team, where he syndicated over £5 billion of renewable projects across Europe. His previous experience also includes roles in origination, private equity and M&A across the European renewable energy sector.

Roberto holds an MSc in Business Administration from LIUC and an MBA in Finance from SDA Bocconi (Italy).
