Richard Sands started at South East Water in February 2018 to manage the Asset Management function, with a remit to refresh company asset strategies, improve decision making, manage the capital programme and own the company’s resilience strategy.  Previously Richard has worked for a number of other Utilities and Consultancies where he has delivered complex transformational programmes, including preparations for the non-household retail competitive market in 2017 and adoption of private sewers in 2011, new operating models for asset management and investment delivery and the implementation and embedment of various asset management systems.
