Paul Sheffield is Chief Operating Officer at Haven Power. He started his career in the energy sector as a graduate for the South East Electricity Board, moved on to energy trading in London, and then spent 13 years at EDF Energy. He was the B2B commercial director there before successfully leading the company’s SME customer business and I&C business sales division.

Paul is passionate about understanding each customer’s unique business and needs, and creating solutions that are right for them: a customer-centric, partnership approach that sets Haven Power apart from other retailers.
