Paul is the Director of the Anglian Water @one Alliance, joining in September 2018 from Kier, where he was the Managing Director for Utility Services. Paul oversees @one Alliance – the largest alliance in Anglian Water’s portfolio. @one Alliance delivers key capital investment projects, successfully closing out the £1.2billion programme in AMP6, and will lead much of the capital delivery programme in AMP7 – the largest and most challenging portfolio of work Anglian Water has ever seen.

Paul brings a wealth of senior leadership experience from the construction and utility sector, with much benefit taken from his experience within contracting and consulting. Pulling on the expert knowledge he has gained from over 30 years’ in the industry, Paul has made significant changes since his appointment to ensure the AMP7 challenge can be met, with his eye firmly on driving greater efficiency and sustainable solutions whilst adopting a global network of designers and digital experts to take the business from strength to strength.
