Paul de Laat joined British Gas in 2016 as the Data, Insights & Customer Value Management Director. The team drives and delivers the overall data strategy and MI, turning that data into insights and using insights to deliver commercial value through personalised cross sell, retention and loyalty interactions across all channels.
Prior to joining British Gas, Paul held similar leading Insight and CVM roles at the John Lewis Partnership, Lloyd’s Banking Group, Vodafone Group, Orange Group, O2 UK and Thomas Cook.
