Nigel has worked in business and IT roles across a range of competitive industries for more than 30 years. His work experience includes leadership of transformation programmes for leading organisations including GE Capital, Microsoft, Travelport and Vodafone, often across the globe. He joined Northumbrian Water Group in 2015 as Programme Director for Transformation. The role included market opening for non-household customers, taking the household customer experience to the next level and world-class Asset Management. From 3^rd October 2016 Nigel has taken up the role of Group Chief Information Officer.
