Neil began his career in IT engineering at the Olympic games in Sydney in 2000, developing remote operation solutions and was a technology Manager. He subsequently gained his extensive experience in water utilities, in a range of technical, supervisory and senior management roles, primarily in water operations, asset management, business and, contract management, and project delivery.
