Neil joined Yorkshire Water in 2001 and is currently serving as Director of Water Service Delivery where he has full accountability for the delivery of water to the Yorkshire region.  Neil has a broad knowledge and experience of delivering water operations.

Prior to his current assignment Neil has held a number of positions in regulation, strategy and customer service.  Neil was appointed Business Transformation Director in 2018, he was previously responsible for creating and shaping the Service Delivery business unit and helping to deliver improved performance year on year.

Neil has a passion for sustainable landscape management and is a Chartered Water and Environment Manager with a background in Environmental Science and a member of the water supply and water quality panel.   He is also a Director of the Rural Regeneration Company Pennine Prospects.
