Melanie is a Director in EY’s Advisory Practice with more than 15 years’ experience of leading change programmes. Melanie predominantly works within the Power & Utilities sector and is focused on delivering performance improvements by addressing the associated change management issues. Her particular skill is navigating complex stakeholder relationships and mobilising organisations for change.  Most recently, Melanie has led a large business change team to deliver an optimised field force strategy utilising internal and field delivery models to balance cost and risk.
