Max has been a Water Management professional for over eleven years. He currently leads the Flood and Water Management Team at Kent County Council (KCC). The team is responsible for delivering KCC’s role as Lead Local Flood Authority for Kent, managing KCC’s strategic partnerships with other flood and water management bodies and promoting effective water and flood risk management policies in Kent. Prior to working for KCC, Max was a consultant water management professional for a number for consultancies. His consultancy work included hydrological and hydraulic river modelling for flood studies and water resources projects for water companies.
