Matthew is a Policy Manager within the NEA Policy and Research Directorate. He is working to ensure a political, regulatory and market landscape that is favourable for fuel poor households. His role includes being a key advocate for fuel poor households in the development of energy markets and requires a thorough understanding of social policy as well as expertise in energy markets, regulation and policy.
