Martin is Head of IS Strategy and Product Management at Northumbrian Water Group (NWG), where he is responsible for the digital strategy, Architecture and the digital product management functions at NWG. Martin’s product portfolio includes digital customer service and experience, intelligent asset management, smart water/wastewater networks and employee experience. Martin led the development of the NWL digital vision to be ‘The Most Digital Water Company in the World’ and has also held senior-leadership roles in IT Service & Operations, Enterprise Architecture and Business Relationship Management, over the course of a 20-year career. Prior to joining NWG, Martin delivered regional Finance and HR transformation in the Automotive sector.
