Mark Oliver is Director of Business Services at Wales & West Utilities (WWU).
With almost 40 years’ experience in the gas industry, Mark began his career as an apprentice Service Engineer with British Gas Wales. He has held various Senior Management positions throughout his career and is passionate about customer service excellence.
Mark has been instrumental in establishing WWU as one of the best performing gas distribution networks for customer service in UK, winning numerous industry awards along the way.
WWU is accredited with distinction status by The Institute of Customer Service and are one of only six companies in UK to hold this prestigious title.
Mark holds an MBA, is a member of the Institute of Gas Engineers and Managers (IGEM) and the Chartered Management Institution. He is chairman of Sports Aid Wales, a charity dedicated to helping talented young athletes at the start of their sporting careers and is a Board member of BITC Wales.
