Luke is a passionate and successful senior change professional, with over 10 years experience in the management and deployment if large scale customer changes programmes in various Financial, Telecoms, Utilities and Retail Industries 

Accredited in Lean Six Sigma and as a Managing Successful Programme Practitioner, Luke has previous experience within Senior Management roles including Operations, Change Management, Continuous Improvement, Transformation and Consultancy. 

Luke currently leads the Business Excellence and Transformation efforts at Affinity Water, with a view to delivering increased quality through capability building of internal teams around problem solving and process management practices. 

Luke was recently awarded Global Business Transformation Leader of the Year 2022 and his programme was awarded Best Operational Programme under 2 years old at the PEX Business Transformation world summit which is the largest operational excellence event in the world, which is testament to the approach and delivery of transformation programmes that he implements within organisations.
