Liz Kitchen is leading the Government’s work to deliver a policy roadmap for decarbonising heat in buildings, which is expected later this year. She has worked on heat decarbonisation since 2016 and has led heat input into a number of Government documents, including the Clean Growth Strategy. Liz has spent more than a decade working on climate and energy policy, including key roles in the UK negotiations for the Paris Agreement, and in Government policy on Carbon Capture and Storage.
