Kenneth is an Audit Principal at the National Audit Office (NAO) specialising in value for money (VFM) audit. He led the Smart Metering VFM study. Over the last 10 years, he has worked on NAO reports on major transport and energy infrastructure projects including High Speed 1 and High Speed 2, the termination of the InterCity East  Coast Passenger Rail Franchise, nuclear energy in the UK and Hinkley Point C. He is currently supporting the House of Commons International Development Committee as a Committee Specialist. Kenneth is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy (CIPFA).
