Kateřina Bohuslavová is the Chief Sustainability Officer of CEZ Group. She leads the ESG Office, where she promotes a data-driven and science-based approach to tackling sustainability issues. The ESG Office manages non-financial reporting and communication with rating agencies, monitors ESG trends, coordinates sustainability projects, and analyses the impact of CEZ Group’s business on ESG factors.

Kateřina represents CEZ Group in the Executive Committee of the Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Council of the Conference  Board, a global nonprofit think tank, and in the Expert Team for Sustainability of the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic. She also serves as the Vice President of the Czech Business Council for  Sustainable Development. Kateřina graduated from Oxford University and Charles University in Prague. She joined CEZ Group in 2021.
