John leads the Connected Homes team in EDF Energy’s innovation accelerator, bluelab. His team is exploring ways to leverage the opportunities being opened up by smart meters and connected devices to create value for customers and to enrich EDF Energy’s customer experience. Prior to joining bluelab in June 2017, John established the Analysis and Insight team in EDF Energy’s Sales and Marketing division, which continues to transform the use of customer data to create insight and value for Customers. Prior to this he headed the Generation & Wholesale Market Strategy team in EDF Energy.
