Jason Joyce has worked in IT leadership roles across differing markets, from Energy and Pharmaceutical to Finance, ensuring IT delivers excellent services to colleagues and customers.  

He joined EON at the start of COVID supporting all colleagues to take advantage of the opportunities to be more flexible and available for customers. EON are now coming to the end of a huge transformation Journey, replacing their whole B2C customer technology (the birth of EON NEXT), exiting their UK datacentres, and moving services to cloud providers – this offers greater stability, availability and performance to the business and ultimately customers. Jason has also led on EON transformation of their offices to WIFI only locations, replacing end user devices with laptops Windows 11 that are capable of accessing all services whether that be Google suite, M365, Chrome book, Apple or Windows devices. These are all enabling programs as EON put their customer at the heart of everything they do, with the goal of improving customer propositions, offering sustainable and affordable energy solutions, and protecting their most vulnerable energy retail customers.
