He is passionate about streamlining and automating processes and systems to deliver value and great experiences to customers.
Ian has over 30 years of experience in managing people, change and growth. Most recently, he has been helping one of the disrupters in the power industry to take new value propositions to market and outline the systems and processes needed to digitise core processes.
