Ian Walker is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Bath and is also an Associate Dean for Research. In addition to his current position, he often works on bringing the end-user into large engineering projects and has been the lead psychologist on such major energy projects as HEAPD and SoLa Bristol. Ian will join our panel discussion on how to convince customers to accept smart meters and engage with energy.
