David Gill is Head of Customer Energy Solutions at Northern Gas Networks.

He joined the company as Head of Stakeholder Relations in April 2012 and moved into the role of Director of Stakeholder Relations in 2013. He has over 35 years’ experience in the energy industry.

David is passionate about the future of energy, and he took up the role of Head of Customer Energy Solutions in 2016.

He believes that gas will continue to play an important role in the future energy mix, but it’s likely that clean, renewable fuels such as hydrogen and biomethane will begin to play a bigger part as we move from cleaner to clean, and on to a green low carbon future.
