Charlotte is passionate about building progressive, inclusive, purpose-led organisations. She thrives in seeking new ways of doing things and inspiring others to think differently about the world of work (and make it happen). She is a big advocate that highly engaged teams translate into superior customer outcomes, so latterly has assumed leadership of Customer Experience too. Charlotte has shaped her experience across multiple sectors where there is rapid adaptation and change, not least now in a company at the forefront of the energy transition. Charlotte oversees all aspects of OVO’s People, Places and Customer Experience strategies. Additionally, Charlotte is Trustee of the OVO Foundation.

Prior to joining OVO, Charlotte was VP People for Arm, a leading technology business where she looked after People for its largest business unit licensing IP for devices, high performance computing, infrastructure, and vehicles globally. Before Arm, Charlotte worked in the FMCG and Financial Services sector in a variety of generalist and specialist roles.
