In 2017, Caroline joined Business Stream – the UK’s third largest B2B water retailer. She is currently Head of Customer Services and Experience Management, leading the customer service teams to deliver effortless, positive experiences which ensure the right outcome for the customer and the business during a period of great transformation and growth for this customer driven business.
