Béatrice Bigois is Managing Director, Customers at EDF Energy, a position which she assumed in January 2014.  This role oversees EDF Energy’s entire residential customer, business customer and optimisation activity.

Beatrice graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in 1992, where she specialised in Applied Mathematics and Economics. Béatrice Bigois joined the EDF Group in 1994 and has held various roles within Finance, Risk Management and Asset Optimisation at both EDF and EDF Energy. In 2006 she joined EDF Trading, responsible for setting up and running its Paris trading office.  She was appointed CFO and Executive Director of EDF Trading, London in October 2008.
