Born in Lincolnshire; studied for a Business Admin degree in Cardiff; travelled the world and then went to London to make my fortune. I joined London Electricity (which became EDF Energy) as a graduate and worked in a number of Marketing / Customer Experience based roles, asking lots of annoying questions about the industry along the way. Ultimately responsible for self-service platforms; live chat, social media and email for over 3 million customers. I left in September 2015 to set up Affect Energy (my movie star looks are maintained by regular games of beach volleyball).
