As the ADE’s lead on heat policy, Amy works with the team, members, government and industry to identify policy solutions for local and national heat decarbonisation. Amy’s main areas of focus are heat networks, networked heat pump solutions and ensuring we get the right solutions in the right places to deliver a just energy transition. Amy originally joined the ADE as External Affairs Officer in 2019, before moving over to the policy team. Prior to joining the ADE, Amy worked in project delivery for a renewable energy developer in offshore wind, and in the Scottish Higher Education sector, growing the profile of numerous sustainability and environmental projects.
