Alison, a scientist by background, joined Southern Water in 2011 from Yorkshire Water, with 15 years experience in regulation, investment planning, periodic reviews and programme management. Since joining Southern Water she has had senior management roles in asset management, PR14, strategic planning and water quality and environmental regulation. Alison joined ELT as the new Compliance and Asset Resilience Director in April 2017.
